Wie läuft der Mathematik Unterricht ab?
My method is to make students understand the concept rather than just learning. The focus will be to make students appreciate the purpose of the concept and where all we can use the particular concept to solve our real-life problems.
For e.g. before explaining how to solve a quadratic equation, I prefer to explain what that equation represents. The geometrical interpretation of the roots of the quadratic equation, the shape of the curve a quadratic equation represents etc. If the students can appreciate the usefulness of a mathematical concept, then I think understanding the concept is not a difficult task.
